At Resilience Lab, we are modernizing how therapists work and collaborate together to provide mental health care that’s high quality, personalized and outcome based.
Our matching engine will pair you with a therapist according to your preferences. You can also speak with one of our Care Coordinators, who can guide you to the therapist with the experience best suited to you.
Resilience Lab CRM system
The Resilience Lab CRM system provides a central place for clinitians to store customer and prospect data, track customer interactions, and share important information between colleagues. It gives businesses a 360-degree view of their customer, enabling them to build better relationships by engaging in more personal and relevant ways.
The design
My role on this team was the Interaction Design Lead. I was also the only team member to be on this account from the very beginning of the project, when I planned and facilitated user story generation sessions twice a week with the client stakeholders.
Launch Pad
A key part of our my with Resilience Lab involved the design of a new user experience. Following the principle of an aesthetic preference and a high focus on maximising usability and accessibility allows us to create an experience that unites flexibility, efficiency, and aesthetic values.
Sessions page
The dekstop application had to display all the information the user would find on the mobile app. To achieve this, we went for a simple and clean approach that adheres to our sophisticated design standards.
The Result
We placed the user at the centre of the project, and designed the website to be as intuitive and efficient as possible, ensuring a smooth user flow throughout every feature.
The outcome: a refreshing and professional design that reflects the unmatched features and services provided by Resilience Lab.
